<span class='biog'><strong>The Very Revd Peter Bradley (Chair)</strong><p>Peter Bradley has been Dean of Sheffield since 2003. During his time there, he has led two major building projects and has with colleagues has grown the size and reach of the Cathedral congregation. In the city of Sheffield, he leads work on financial inclusion. Peter is currently writing a book on the theology of evangelism in the Church of England.</p></span><span class='biog'><strong>The Revd Canon John Patrick (Vice Chair)</strong><p>John is the Subdean of Lincoln Cathedral and as Subdean he is responsible primarily for the fabric of the building and importantly for the pastoral care of all those in the cathedral community. John was an accountant before ordination.</p></span><span class='biog'><strong>Andrew Britton</strong><p>Andrew is also the Chair of the Archbishops’ Council Finance Committee and a member of the Archbishops’ Council and General Synod as well as sitting on the CCF committee.  He previously was the Secretary of Churches’ Enquiry into Unemployment and the Future of Work.. Andrew currently is a Reader at St Margaret’s Church, Chipstead in Surrey and is married with 3 children and 9 grandchildren.</p></span><span class='biog'><strong>Susan Pope</strong><p>Susan became Diocesan Secretary of St Albans in 2001 having previously been a Fellow and Bursar of Trinity Hall, Cambridge.  She is also a lay canon of Ely and on the Council of the Eastern Region Ministry Course.  Susan's main interest outside of work is music and she is a regular opera-goer as well as a member of Hertfordshire Chorus, a 120-strong choir based in Hatfield. </p>
<p>Susan says: <em>‘The exciting and innovative projects reflected in the applications to the Fund provide an effective rejoinder to those who predict the decline of the Church.’</em></p></span><span class='biog'><strong>Carole Park</strong><p>Carole works for the Diocese of Southwell and Nottingham as Director of Parish Support, managing a team of experts in stewardship, external grants, care of clergy housing and DAC support. Carole also manages Human Resources and Health and Safety for the diocesan office. Outside of work, she is a member of the First-tier Tribunal (Charity) and serves as a JP. An interest in history means that Carole and her husband get good value out of life memberships of the National Trust and English Heritage!  </p>
<p>Carole says: <em>‘It is wonderful to be able to ‘switch hats’ from advising how to raise giving from parishioners to seeing CCF grants help churches in their visions for mission and care within their communities’.</em></p></span><span class='biog'><strong>The Revd Nicholas Papadopulos</strong><p>Nick has been Vicar of St Peter’s Eaton Square, a busy and diverse central London parish, since January 2007. Before that he served for four years as Senior Chaplain to the Bishop of Salisbury, after a curacy in Portsmouth’s North End at the parish of St Mark.</p>
<p>Prior to ordination Nick spent seven years working as a barrister specializing in criminal law, defending (and prosecuting) across the South-Eastern Circuit. He read History as his first degree and it, together with theology, literature, music (and food and wine) remain passionate interests.</p>

I am delighted to be able to support them."</em></p></span><span class='biog'><strong>Tim Hatton</strong><p>With a background in industry, and a Chartered Engineer, Tim has spent the last seven years helping parishes to care for and develop their church buildings, formerly with the Diocese of Manchester and recently as a self-employed Historic Buildings Consultant.  Tim’s wife is the Church Army Youth and Children’s Evangelist at All Saints Church Wellington where Tim is currently managing the project to extend the parish hall.  He is passionate that we should serve the needs of the local community and works for a Homeless Project.  Tim is also a Trustee of Telford Christian Council and the Greater Manchester Churches Preservation Society.</p>
<p>Tim says: <em>"Being a CCF Trustee is a great encouragement to me; I get to see the variety of amazing community projects being carried out by parishes up and down the country."</em></p></span><span class='biog'><strong>The Revd Canon Kathryn Fitzsimons</strong><p>Kathryn is currently the Urban Officer at the Diocese of Ripon and Leeds, and was previously the Diocese's Social Responsibility Officer. Kathryn works with parishes in the urban priority areas of Leeds to develop mission through identifying and responding to local issues, and developing community projects. She is also Chair of the leadership group of Third Sector Leeds (TSL).</p></span><span class='biog'><strong>Kevin Norris (Strategy and Policy)</strong><p>Kevin is a strategy and policy consultant to the Fund and is based at Church House, Westminster. Kevin supports the CCF in developing policy for the Fund. He previously worked as an Assistant Economist in the Civil Service. Kevin holds a degree in Economics from Aberystwyth University. Outside of work Kevin enjoys cooking, travelling and is currently serving as a Churchwarden.</p></span><span class='biog'><strong>Andrew Hawkings (Grants Manager)</strong><p>Andrew is the Grants Manager to the Fund and is based at Church House, Westminster and has worked for the Fund since March 2010. Andrew manages the day to day operation of the fund and is the key point of contact for grant applicants and key stakeholders.</p></span>
